one of my heros, mr. kurt vonnegut, once wrote

that he was a man without a country

and that is how i feel now.

i know that the news cycle is so full of It

garbage and control and lies and deceit and mis- mal- dis-

outrage illegal uni party elite bi trans partisan.

they made the system so complicated and interconnected to the point that:

everything is dirty

the individual has no power

everyone is right and wrong at the same time.

so i intend to turn inside

take care of my own Health

making sure that i am not spreading

hate or negativity

to anyone around me.

that seems like a decent path forward.

i’d like to confess that i threw away my Flag yesterday

fed up with the bullshit

if ever pressed, i’ll say it was tattered and torn

which is not untrue

maybe even True.
